1. Provider, contacts and scope
Doggie Hub is provided by Doggie Education, VAT no. 07083600481, professional address Via di Castello SNC, 50023 Impruneta (FI), Italia. Contractual and operational support: contattaci@doggieeducation.it. These Terms govern the DoggieHub management platform, its connected public areas and only the modules actually included in the plan selected by professionals, businesses, associations and other organisations in the canine and animal-services sector.
2. Pre-contract information
Before activation, the plan, modules, limits, duration, price, applicable taxes, billing frequency, trial and renewal conditions are displayed. The accepted checkout summary and any expressly agreed special terms prevail over general descriptions or advertising. Optional, beta, provider-dependent or inactive functions are not included until enabled for the account.
3. Organisation account and security
The person registering an organisation confirms authority to act for it and must provide accurate, current information. Administrators assign least-privilege roles, protect credentials and promptly revoke access that is no longer needed. Suspected compromise must be reported without delay. Activity performed with valid credentials may be attributed to the organisation, subject to technical verification.
4. 21-day free trial
Unless a more favourable period is shown at registration, the free trial lasts 21 days and permits evaluation of the functions made available for the chosen plan or configuration. Starting the trial alone does not authorise a charge: a paid subscription or automatic renewal requires the information and authorisation shown in the relevant flow. If no plan becomes active, access or functions may be restricted when the trial ends. The organisation should export required data or request assistance before expiry, subject to section 13.
5. Plans, subscriptions and changes
Use is limited to the active plan, users, thresholds and modules. An upgrade, downgrade or module change may alter price and availability from the time or billing cycle displayed before confirmation. Education, grooming, boarding, association and other vertical modules can coexist only when the purchased configuration supports them. A function described publicly is not guaranteed unless it appears in the active plan.
6. Renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and termination
Where checkout provides automatic renewal, the subscription renews for the stated period until disabled by the deadline shown in the account or payment flow. Cancellation of renewal affects future periods and does not reverse a paid period. Statutory withdrawal is a separate remedy and applies only where and for as long as the law grants it, particularly to a contracting consumer. Termination for breach follows section 16. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
7. Prices, payment and arrears
The accepted summary determines price, currency, taxes and frequency. Payment is processed by the provider identified at checkout; DoggieHub does not store complete card data. Billing information and the payment method must remain current. Failed or overdue payment may lead to notices, proportionate restrictions or suspension after a reasonable opportunity to cure, except in urgent security or fraud cases.
8. Tenant responsibilities and data roles
The organisation determines the purposes and means for customer, user, animal, staff, booking, document and communication data entered in its environment and remains controller where the law so provides. It must establish a legal basis, publish accurate notices and terms, collect necessary consents, configure access and retention, and verify prices, availability, refunds, fiscal documents and professional duties. DoggieHub acts as technology provider and, where governed by a data-processing agreement, processor for the tenant.
9. Copilot and AI assistants
Copilot and assistants may search authorised information, draft content, summarise work and propose or, only when technically enabled, execute actions subject to permissions and confirmation. Output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before it is sent, recorded or used for a decision. AI must not replace qualified veterinary, health, tax or legal judgement. Models, languages, costs and limits depend on the active plan, configuration and providers.
10. Email, WhatsApp, calendar and connectors
Email, WhatsApp, calendars, video meetings, telephony and other integrations operate only if configured, authorised and available through the provider. The tenant verifies recipients, legal basis, preferences and content, and must pause automation when manual intervention could create duplicate replies. A draft or proposed action is not sent or completed until DoggieHub shows the corresponding outcome. External synchronisation and delivery may be delayed or fail.
11. Customer payments and tenant invoicing
Payment and invoicing modules help the tenant use the provider actually connected. TeamSystem or alternative providers are available only for plans, countries, credentials and configurations that support them. Automatic issue or transmission requires complete fiscal data, an approved issuer profile, configured rules and provider availability; merely seeing the module does not guarantee transmission to SDI or another authority. The tenant remains responsible for tax treatment, numbering, recipients, deadlines, credit notes, statutory retention and professional review. DoggieHub does not provide tax advice or become the issuer in place of the tenant.
12. Acceptable use
Users must not act unlawfully or deceptively, access another tenant, bypass limits or security, introduce malware, send spam or messages without authority, upload unlawfully obtained data, infringe rights, reverse engineer where prohibited, deliberately overload the service or use AI for dangerous or discriminatory content. DoggieHub may contain the incident, preserve evidence and restrict affected functions where reasonably required.
13. Data export, cessation and retention
The tenant retains rights in its data and may use available exports during the relationship or request reasonable assistance. Format and timing depend on the data and plan and compatibility with every third-party product is not guaranteed. Before cessation the tenant must download necessary data. Contractual, fiscal, security, audit, dispute or legally required data may be retained for applicable periods; backups remain protected until rotation. Other data is deleted or anonymised after the operational period reasonably needed for closure and export requests. Mandatory duties and the tenant’s own controller obligations prevail over a deletion request.
14. Availability, maintenance and security
DoggieHub applies reasonable measures for tenant separation, access control, appropriate encryption, audit, backups and incident handling. Unless a separate service-level agreement applies, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised. Maintenance, urgent updates, incidents, force majeure and provider outages may temporarily affect service. Vulnerabilities must be responsibly reported to contattaci@doggieeducation.it and not exploited.
15. Suppliers, subprocessors and transfers
DoggieHub may use suppliers and subprocessors for hosting, security, email, messaging, payments, fiscal services, support, consented analytics and AI models. Current categories and, where available, a current list may be requested at contattaci@doggieeducation.it. Material changes are managed under the data-processing agreement and applicable law. Transfers outside the EEA rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
16. Suspension and termination
Accounts or functions may be proportionately suspended for security risk, unlawful use, breach, non-payment, compromise or harm to other tenants, with notice and a chance to cure where reasonably possible. Serious, repeated or uncured breach may result in termination. Accrued charges and the data rules survive cessation as applicable.
17. Intellectual property
Software, interface, documentation, trademarks and original components remain with their owners. For the contractual term, DoggieHub grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable right to use the service for the organisation’s internal activities. Source code and ownership are not transferred. Feedback creates no delivery or compensation obligation unless agreed in writing.
18. Liability and force majeure
Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. In professional relationships and to the extent permitted, DoggieHub is liable for foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach, not indirect loss, lost profit, decisions based on unreviewed output, tenant configuration or provider outage. Fraud, gross negligence and other mandatory cases remain unaffected. Neither party is liable for delay beyond reasonable control, while taking reasonable steps to mitigate it.
19. Changes to these Terms
Changes required by law, security or non-detrimental functionality may apply from the notified date. Material changes to price, renewal, liability or data use are communicated with reasonable notice and apply from renewal or the stated date in accordance with law. A tenant that does not accept a material change may disable renewal and cease before it takes effect, subject to accrued obligations. A new version requires fresh acceptance where law or the contractual flow requires it.
20. Governing law, courts and communications
Italian law applies. For customers acting professionally, the courts of Florence have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. If a customer exceptionally qualifies as a consumer, the court of the consumer’s residence or domicile and all non-waivable protections remain available, including those of the country of habitual residence where applicable. Contractual and security notices may be sent to the administrator email or account. Italian is the canonical text; translations assist understanding. Support: contattaci@doggieeducation.it; privacy: contattaci@doggieeducation.it.
