Doggie Education, VAT no. 07083600481
Professional address: Via di Castello SNC, 50023 Impruneta (FI), Italia
Privacy email: contattaci@doggieeducation.it
Support: contattaci@doggieeducation.it
2. Scope
This notice covers the Doggie Hub public website, account and tenant registration, subscription management, support, billing, security logs, feedback tools and the technical operation of the platform. Each subscribing organisation remains the controller for the customer, animal, booking and document data it enters; Doggie Hub acts as technology supplier and, where agreed, as processor on its behalf.
3. Data processed
We may process identity and contact data, organisation and billing information, access credentials and roles, subscription and transaction references, support messages, feedback, consent evidence, security and audit logs, IP address and user-agent information. Full payment-card details remain with the selected payment provider and are not stored by Doggie Hub.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data are used to respond to pre-contractual requests, create and secure accounts, perform the subscription contract, provide support, administer payments and invoices, prevent misuse, preserve service continuity, comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims. Optional analytics, marketing tools or non-essential communications are enabled only on the appropriate legal basis and, where required, after consent.
5. Required data and consequences of non-provision
Data marked as required are necessary to create an account, conclude or perform the contract, issue fiscal documents or protect access. Without them, the requested function or service may not be available. Optional information can be omitted unless it later becomes necessary for a specific request.
6. Recipients and suppliers
Authorised Doggie staff and suppliers supporting hosting, databases, transactional email, security, customer support, payment gateways and fiscal services may process data within their assigned tasks. A current description of the main provider categories can be requested through the privacy contact.
7. International transfers
If a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is managed through an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.
8. Retention
Account and contractual data are retained for the duration of the relationship and for the subsequent periods required by civil, accounting and tax law. Support, security, audit and consent evidence is retained for periods proportionate to troubleshooting, fraud prevention, accountability and dispute management. Data no longer required for those purposes is deleted or anonymised.
9. Rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and, where applicable, object to processing or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority when it has jurisdiction.
10. Automated processing and updates
Doggie Hub may provide AI-assisted administrative tools, but decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are not taken solely by such tools unless separately disclosed and lawfully configured. This notice may be updated when services, suppliers or legal requirements change; the published version and date identify the applicable text.
11. Contact
Privacy requests: contattaci@doggieeducation.it. Operational or commercial support: contattaci@doggieeducation.it.
12. Optional assistance during the free trial
Account activation triggers a transactional email needed to confirm the workspace. The contact may separately request help with setup and migration. WhatsApp requires distinct, unchecked consent that can be withdrawn through the Contact page. Declining does not limit the free trial and does not trigger automated promotional messages.
