1. Provider and scope
Services are supplied by PeopleLivery di Boris Zarcone, operante con il marchio Doggie Education, VAT no. 07083600481, professional address Via di Castello SNC, 50023 Impruneta (FI), Italia. These terms cover Doggie Education lessons and courses, DoggieClub, home boarding and day care, Doggie Grooming, DoggieAI, the DoggieHub customer area, Doggie Magazine and its editorial content, online meetings and video content, gift cards and the digital purchase journeys directly operated by Doggie.
2. Pre-contract information and order
The essential characteristics, price, delivery method, any duration or renewal, availability and specific conditions are shown on the service page or at checkout before the order. The user must check the summary and provide truthful and complete information. A simple request for information or availability does not amount to a confirmed order unless expressly stated.
3. Lessons, courses and DoggieClub
Location, duration, number of sessions, included credits and booking method depend on the selected offer. Lessons may take place at the Doggie location, at home or online as stated in the booking. Educational, training and advisory services are obligations of means: Doggie undertakes to perform them with the professional care required by the nature of the activity, but does not promise or guarantee a specific outcome. Outcomes also depend on the individual dog’s characteristics and condition, the context, continuity of the programme and the owner’s concrete and consistent commitment to applying the guidance correctly. Failure to achieve the hoped-for outcome does not, by itself, constitute breach of contract; Doggie remains liable for negligent or improper performance as provided by law, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
4. Home boarding and day care
The service is carried out at the customer’s home: the customer need not remain at home when safe access, instructions and the necessary authorisations have been agreed. The customer must disclose routines, needs, therapies that must not be changed independently, environmental risks and any other useful information. Doggie may suspend or refuse the service when minimum safety conditions for people or animals are not met.
5. Doggie Grooming and nail clipping
Doggie Grooming is carried out at home within the confirmed time window. The selected service, size, coat condition, behaviour, any supplements and separate or combined nail clipping are summarised before payment. The treatment is adapted to the dog’s actual condition and its welfare takes priority: photographs, examples and aesthetic preferences describe the requested objective but do not guarantee an identical outcome. Before the service, the customer must disclose any known matting, injuries, irritation, parasites, medical conditions, therapies, previous reactions or relevant behaviour. To the extent permitted by law, Doggie is not responsible for outcomes, delays or interruptions made necessary by pre-existing, hidden or undisclosed conditions, inaccurate or incomplete information, or animal reactions that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided with professional care. Circumstances that cannot be assessed in advance may require an adjustment expressly accepted by the customer, or the service may be stopped when it cannot be performed safely; Doggie remains liable for matters attributable to it under applicable law, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
6. Travel charge and address
A travel reimbursement may apply to home services, calculated according to the address and the published territorial rules. The total, including any travel charge, must be shown before confirmation and payment. An incorrect or changed address may require recalculation, renewed confirmation or make the service unavailable.
7. DoggieAI, telephone and WhatsApp
DoggieAI provides educational and informational support, guides users through the services and may assist with permitted operational requests. Users are clearly informed that they are interacting with an AI system no later than the first contact. It does not replace a veterinarian, healthcare professional or emergency service. AI answers may be incomplete or wrong; when identity, health, safety, money or sensitive changes cannot be verified, the request may be blocked or handed to staff. The AI is not authorised to create financial obligations, grant refunds or take legally significant decisions without the required controls.
8. Customer area, bookings and online meetings
Credentials are personal and must be protected. In the DoggieHub area, customers may consult the available information, submit requests and, where enabled, change appointments within the displayed rules. For an online lesson, the access link is sent through the configured channels or made available in the customer area; the customer must check the device and connection in advance and promptly report any missing link.
9. Prices, payments and fiscal documents
The applicable price is the one shown in the final summary. The methods actually available, including for example card, PayPal or Klarna, appear at checkout. Where payment by instalments is offered, it is provided and managed by the relevant payment or credit provider and is subject to that provider’s assessment, approval and applicable contractual terms. Doggie does not directly extend credit and does not decide the outcome of an instalment request. Online payment may be required before the service. Fiscal documents are issued using the information supplied by the customer; complete card data remains with the payment provider.
10. Rescheduling, cancellation and non-attendance
Changing or cancelling an appointment follows the specific rules shown in the offer, confirmation or customer area. The customer must give notice as soon as possible. Cancelling an appointment, disabling a renewal and withdrawing from the contract are separate actions and have different effects.
11. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where provided by law, the consumer may withdraw within fourteen days from conclusion of the contract through the function available in the personal area or by sending an unequivocal statement to the stated contacts. An online request is acknowledged on a durable medium. If the consumer asks for performance to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be due for what has already been performed. The right may be excluded in the cases provided by law, including a service fully performed following the consumer’s request and acknowledgement of the consequences, or digital content started after express consent and acceptance of the loss of the right, when all requirements are met. The withdrawal button does not automatically grant the request or a refund: the request is assessed and handled without limiting mandatory rights.
12. Safety, welfare and liability
The customer must follow reasonable safety instructions, keep the dog under appropriate control when present and promptly report every relevant change. No clause limits mandatory rights or liabilities, and no exclusion applies to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or any other case in which limitation is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, Doggie is not responsible for failures caused by inaccurate information, unsafe environmental conditions, the unavailability of external providers or events beyond its reasonable control.
13. Gift cards, products, merchandising and external links
Gift-card validity and conditions are shown before purchase. Recommended products may link to external sellers: in that case the sale contract, delivery, warranty and returns are governed by the identified seller. Merchandise sold directly by Doggie follows the conditions shown in the relevant checkout.
14. Intellectual property
Doggie materials, videos, methods, trademarks and content are intended for personal use connected with the purchased service unless authorised in writing. Account sharing, redistribution and unauthorised commercial reuse are prohibited.
15. Applicable law, updates and contact
Italian law applies, without depriving consumers habitually resident in another country of mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Material changes apply prospectively after appropriate notice. Operational and contractual support: contattaci@doggieeducation.it; privacy requests: contattaci@doggieeducation.it.
16. Packages, credits and subscriptions
The number, duration, validity and use rules for credits are those shown in the accepted offer. A credit may be consumed for a confirmed service, late cancellation or non-attendance only when that consequence was clearly disclosed before purchase or booking. Referral programmes, promotional credits and birthday rewards are optional and follow the specific conditions shown before activation or use; unless mandatory law provides otherwise, they are not redeemable for cash, refundable or transferable. DoggieClub, DoggieAI and other recurring services renew automatically only if the customer has received the required information and authorised that method. Disabling renewal affects future periods; failed payment may result in reminders and proportionate suspension after a reasonable time to cure, without prejudice to urgent cases, fraud and mandatory rights.
17. Information about the dog and emergencies
The customer must provide complete, current information about health, therapies, allergies, parasites, vaccinations where relevant, previous bites or aggression, escape risk, sensitivities, emergency contacts and the reference veterinarian. Doggie may stop or refuse a service if missing information or changed circumstances prevent safe performance. In an urgent animal-welfare situation, when the customer and stated contact cannot be reached, Doggie may request the veterinary care reasonably necessary; the related costs remain with the customer unless they result from conduct attributable to Doggie under applicable law.
18. Home access and operating conditions
For home services, the customer must ensure lawful, safe access, correctly communicate keys, alarms, gates, people or other animals present and, where required, provide water, electricity and a suitable working area. Known knots, injuries, irritation, parasites or other coat conditions must be disclosed. Keys and codes are used only for the agreed service and under the instructions received. If actual conditions require additional work or time, every supplement must be disclosed and accepted before performance; otherwise Doggie may safely limit or stop the service.
19. Delays, cancellation by Doggie and force majeure
The consequences of customer delay, cancellation and non-attendance are stated in the specific offer or confirmation. If Doggie cannot perform the service, it proposes rescheduling or applies the remedy due for the unperformed part. Adverse weather, sudden unavailability, emergencies, authority measures, provider failures and other events beyond reasonable control may require a change; Doggie informs the customer as soon as possible and takes reasonable steps to limit the effects.
20. Suspension and termination
Doggie may proportionately suspend accounts, automations or services in case of risk to people or animals, false or omitted essential information, non-payment, fraud, abuse, harassment, unlawful use, account compromise or serious breach. Notice and an opportunity to remedy are given where reasonably possible; action may be immediate in urgent cases. Accrued amounts, mandatory rights and the rules on data and fiscal documents remain applicable.
21. External providers, data and account closure
Payments, WhatsApp, video meetings, telephony, email, hosting, invoicing and AI models depend on the providers actually configured. External delay or unavailability may require an alternative channel and does not authorise the AI to describe an action as completed without a verified outcome. During the relationship, the customer can access data and documents made available in the personal area and request assistance for items that cannot be exported independently. After closure, contractual, fiscal and security data or information needed to protect rights is retained for the applicable periods; other data is deleted or anonymised under the privacy notice.
22. Conformity of digital services and content
Mandatory conformity rights remain fully applicable to DoggieAI, video lessons, the customer area and other digital services or content supplied directly by Doggie. If a digital component is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, the consumer may request restoration of conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience and, where the legal conditions apply, a price reduction or termination. Doggie supplies the updates, including security updates, required for the applicable period. These remedies concern the functional and contractual conformity of the digital component and do not turn educational services into obligations to achieve a specific result.
23. Complaints and competent courts
Complaints and disputes may be sent to contattaci@doggieeducation.it and are handled with a traceable response. Doggie does not present a European online-dispute platform as available when it is no longer operational. Where mandatory rules apply, the competent court for a consumer is that of the consumer’s residence or domicile. For relationships entered into exclusively in the course of a customer’s professional activity, the courts of Florence have exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
24. Acceptable use, abuse and system security
Doggie websites, customer areas, assistants and channels must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or harmful activity; impersonation; unauthorised collection or disclosure of data; spam; circumvention of limits, authentication, permissions, availability, prices or confirmation steps; attempted access to another user’s data; vulnerability probing without prior written authorisation; malware; intentional overload; scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering or reconstruction of prompts, internal rules, knowledge bases or code beyond what mandatory law permits. Doggie may proportionately block the affected function or account, cancel fraudulent operations, retain strictly necessary evidence and report facts to competent authorities or providers, in accordance with applicable law and safeguards.
25. Customer-provided content and data
The customer retains rights in lawful content supplied and grants Doggie, for the duration and to the extent necessary, permission to process it to provide the requested service, continuity, security and support and to meet applicable obligations. The customer confirms authority to provide data, images, documents and instructions concerning themselves, the dog or third parties and is responsible for consequences of unlawful, false or harmful content attributable to their conduct. Doggie may remove or isolate content that is manifestly unlawful, dangerous or unrelated to the service; this does not limit Doggie’s liability for its own conduct or mandatory consumer rights.
26. Contract evidence, entire agreement, severability and no waiver
The order summary, offer-specific conditions, durable-medium confirmation and accepted version of these Terms form the contract; specific conditions prevail in case of conflict. Logs, receipts, provider confirmations and acceptance records may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by law, without preventing a party from challenging their accuracy or content. If a clause is invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the clause is interpreted as closely as lawfully possible to its original purpose. Delayed or omitted enforcement is not a waiver. Nothing creates an agency, partnership or employment relationship between Doggie and the customer.

Doggie does not directly extend credit and does not decide the outcome of an instalment request. Online payment may be required before the service. Fiscal documents are issued using the information supplied by the customer; complete card data remains with the payment provider.
10. Rescheduling, cancellation and non-attendance
