Data deletion instructions
You may ask PeopleLivery di Boris Zarcone, operante con il marchio Doggie Education to delete data linked to its digital services, including the website, DoggieHub, DoggieAI and WhatsApp channels managed by Doggie Education.
How to submit your request
- Email the privacy address shown on this page with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- If you are using the official WhatsApp channel, you may also write “I request the deletion of my data” in the same conversation.
- Include your name, WhatsApp number with international country code, the service used and the approximate usage period. Do not send health data, documents or payment information unless requested.
Verification and completion
We may request proportionate identity verification to prevent deletion requests made by third parties. You will receive confirmation of receipt and outcome without undue delay, within the time limits required by applicable law.
What will be deleted
When the request is valid, we delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed to provide the services and remove technical links to the affected accounts.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained where required by law or needed for accounting and tax obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or the protection of legal rights. In those cases processing is restricted to the applicable purpose.
Meta and WhatsApp services
These instructions also apply to data received through Doggie Education’s WhatsApp Business integration. Deletion from our management systems does not automatically remove any copies of the conversation stored on your device or within Meta services, which remain subject to their own settings.
